Default freeze plugs in rear of heads?

Does the freeze plugs from GM GM part # 12602540, that go in the rear of the heads come with all the hardware such as the bolts and o-rings?...My stock heads are plugged in one of the holes, small plug with a red dot...The other is a blind threaded hole. My new heads show there is no plug, the rear are both calling for the freeze plugs?

If I remember correctly, you have to order the bolt separately I installed brodix heads on my car too and the stock heads have the plugs in the rear. I had to get the plugs and bolts from GM

I have a set of brodix heads getting ported now and will be going on soon. Are there any other misc parts that are needed?

Every thing should be moved over to new heads...Just the freeze plugs have to be bought for the rear of the heads...

Lookign at the Brodix heads, both holes go into water jacket...I guess I will have to put sealer on the one bolt hole, the other hole had the o-ring?

One thing I notice about the Brodix heads when you put your alternator bracket back on, there is a bolt on the bottom, the one that is hard to get out. That bolt will not go all the way back in. The tread in the head is not deep enough. They might have fixed that by now, but I ran into that problem. If you do run into that problem just tighten as far as it will go and make sure the other 2 bolts are nice and tight. I have not had any problems with it.

You might check at the GM parts dept. I think they make that plug that goes into the head on the rear. Might be better to use than the block, bolt, and o-ring

The power is awesome! You are going to love them. I have a Katech 116 cam and headers and tune. The power is awesome. I am in the process of replacing my clutch and installing a fast 102 to make use of the flow on the heads.
