Does anyone know the torque specs on the factory z06 wheels?

Same for all C4s, C5s and C6s. Probably the same for all aluminum wheel C3s as well.

They are right about using 100 "pounds feet"..... however, the Factory used a very large gorilla to attach my right rear wheel! Took a breaker bar to get it off.

Haha you're right. My car's lug nuts were also way over-torqued

I also use a 3 step approach when torquing mine. Torque all lug nuts at 60, then 80 and finally 100 (using the star pattern). Not sure if this is necessary or not, but read somewhere that it's a good idea.

The other three may have been under torqued. When torqued to the proper amount it takes a lot more torque to remove them than it took to install them. Set your wrench to 100 lb ft and tighten a nut and then use the same wrench to remove the nut and you will see it hits 100 without budging the nut.
