Donc tu penses que ça viens d'un roulement de vilebrequin !? D'un coup comme ça ?
Car c'est arrivé le jour où j'ai rajouté de l'huile. Je roulais tranquillement quand le bruit est apparu.

Pull the intake and heads, remove lifters. If that's not the issue, pull the engine out.

Adding oil at the same time the noise started is a coinsedence, don't dwell on that you have a serious problem.

That sure sounds like a bad bearing to me, from the sound of your video...

You said that you added oil and that's when it started making the knock sound. Where did you add the oil? Did you add it to the oil tank or did you put it in through the valve cover? If you added it through the valve cover, it may have hydro locked one or more cylinders that can easily bend the connecting rods. Did it turn over freely after adding the oil? Did it smoke out the exhaust? That knock sounds like like the bottom end for sure. That's not a lifter.
Good luck!

I don't can pull the engine out ! I will check the lifters tomorrow. But anyone can tell me how can I control those lifters please ?
But what I'm don't understand, is that when the engine i dead gold, it makes no noise what so ever.
If a rod bearing is broken or got some play, it would make the noise immediately isn't ?

I add some oil true the oil tank for sure ! I had previously checked the procedure on youtube.
It started to knock for about 20minutes later to the oil adding when I was driving it
No smoke on the exhaust what so ever.
