Default 427 lsx + 2200r + ECS + LME = 1000+ hp

My Z06 is getting a new heart....

I've pulled the trigger on a built motor. ECS and LME worked out a plan and started the project.

427" 1/2" Stud LSX/LS7 with Callies Performance Products Dragon Slayer 4.00" stroke long post crank, Callies 6.125" Ultra rods, and LME custom 4.125" Wiseco Performance Products pistons with thick wall pins and Total seal ring pack, ECS's 2200R blower, blower cam, Mantic 9000 twin disc, haltech, WCCH built heads, etc.... shooting for 1000+HP.

Some picks to start with.... motor shippped today and will arrive in few days.

East coast supercharging plus Late model engines equals !

Fun project...what's the intended use of the car? Gonna be real fun trying to get that 1000hp to the ground...

Nice build. Solid SS valves in those heads? In before the naysayers say that the SS valves in those WCCH heads cause so much bounce that the engine will disintegrate itself before it gets to 1000HP.

The power level has nothing to do with the fate of SS valves over stock (or other). It's the rev limit.

Nice setup you're building there!
