Default RHS 291 Heads

Anyone running RHS 291 Runner heads on a NA high compression build. I'm planning to order a set because my stock ported and milled LS7 heads have guide wear. I'm running 12.2:1 compression now and making 600+ rwhp now. My question is, would I gain anything with these heads compared to my modified stockers.

Default Heads

Do you know what your ported stock ones do in CFM flow? Then compare with RHS ones. I think Frankenstein heads specialize in the RHS ones. That might help to see what differences there are.

Did you have bronze guides installed or just milled and porting?

Factory guides, and I have 15000 miles on build, guides where fine when they were pulled to be milled at 15000 miles so I didnt change them.
