I would say 4-6k miles. Of course, alignment, driving conditions, etc. are all factors, but that's about what I've seen. Most guys will probably recommend the PS2 or PSS.

I have 5 track days on my tires and there still good for a few dry weekend cruises

I think you've got at least one more track day especially if you but more negative camber into the car. I have found that negative camber of 1.7 actually increases my overall tire life assuming usage is combined track and occasional weekend driving.

I have 6 track days on my current set and they are smooth all the way across. I run -2 camber in front and -1.5 in the back. I run 0.3 (total) toe out i front and 0.3 (total) toe in on the rears. I'm sure i could get another day out of these but i have a new set ready to go on for the beginning of this season. it took me some trial and error to come up with these alignment settings but they provide the most even wear I've found for the tracks I drive most - Autobahn CC and Road America. I check and adjust my alignment before every track day on a up-to-date Hunter alignment machine (local Firestone dlr). I also drive on these tires to and from the track but other than that, they don't see many street miles.

Yes. Cup tires. If running stock alignment, I can burn them up in two days. I can't get -2 in the fronts as some are able..only about -1.8 ~ -1.7 I would need the pfadt alignment blocks to get more. Just car to car variation I guess.
Also I see a zr1 in the background. Guys I know running a zr1 are more susceptible to push mid corner thereby the driver adds more steering input and this can really "role over" the tire shoulder exacerbating the issue. The cup tires have a very short shoulder. the increased weight over the front axle doesn't help either. Throw some negative camber at it and you should be good.

Actually, when you convert inches to degrees and adjust for the tire diameter of the 19" Cup tires I'm using, we're both running about the same degrees of toe out. Here is a good site for doing the conversion. http://robrobinette.com/ConvertToeInchesToDegrees.htm

I know exactly what you mean, with the tread where you see it now it felt really greasy when hot. We put a fresh set on and it was night and day difference immediately.
