[Z06] Z06 oil change.

Z06 oil change.
My 2009 Z06 with 10 quarts of oil reads 1 quart low. I'm doing the proper warm up and waiting 5 minutes before checking the oil level. Anyone else
experience this?

Burning Brakes
Add the other half quart that the manual calls for and you'll be right in the middle of the dipstick which is what it should read after a oil change. I put 10.5 quarts when I change mine, heat to operating temp, check 5 mins after shutdown and it's always middle of the cross hatched area on the stick. Your situation sounds normal to me.

I always fill the filter, and call that the extra 1/2 quart. (Save the other 1/2 for next time)
