Can't decide on the perfect plate. What I want won't fit the 7 character limit-Ombrophobe. I could shorten it to "Ombrofob" but that's still 8 characters. So I'm using the frame my brother give me:

Without those plates, how would anyone ever know it was a Z06? You mean i've been driving around this whole time, and people didn't know I have a Z06? They probably thought it was a Grand Sport or maybe even a 427 Vert!

Funny thing is that I have friends that are car guys, and they still couldnt figure out my plate at first glance.

Cracks me up, the trouble we go through to gray-out our license plate numbers, while those with vanity plates post them up with no worry. I guess I don't understand what the worry is with posting a pic of my plate online is. Shouldn't we have to cover our plates so no one can see them on the street?

Yeah completely agree. I can give a **** if someone looks up my plate.

Caveat: With all that said, Florida is a "stand your ground," and proud concealed carry state like my Texas friends above. It goes without saying that if someone attempts to steal my car, I will attempt to take their life.
