Default Heated Seat Issue

I've looked around on the forums for quite some time and can't find exactly what I'm looking for. That being said, the forums helped when they said to check the 20A fuse for the seat warmer.. and in which case mine was blown. After a new fuse, I still had the same issue.

My driver seat warmer works fine. Passenger seat flashes a light.. and then goes out. When I push the button, I hear a clicking noise under the seat. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like you have a chaffed wire. If its blowing fuses, There is a dead short. It could be anything from the switch itself to the unit in the seat. Look at all the wires under the seat first. My seat wires got under the track and pinched. I'd start there

I'm not sure if this is your cause, but it is something to check. I had a short in the power wires that caused some smoke to release but didn't actually blow the fuse.

I agree with both above posts, also check the connections at the heated seat module. ive seen those connections melt before. this should be an easy fix.
