Small update. Frankenstein is finally done with everything, so I'm over here like

Heads, ported FAST 102mm and Crowers should be here early next week. All that is left to get are headers, pushrods, timing chain and lifters.

Heres' a few teaser shots of the head work FRH sent to me.

I'll get more pictures of everything once it all arrives.

Also, my custom plates came in. I think it'll fit the personality of the car perfectly, as well as describe my love of metal and punk music. A couple of tweaks and they'll be perfect.
Before tweak :

After tweak :

Also thinking of adding the Misfits skull / Pantera logo in place of the star and Texas symbol

Until next time...

Just curious what the lead time was on those Crower shaft mounts? I'm probably going with a solid roller setup year so was curious how much time they needed on those.

I wanna say it was just a few weeks wait for the Crowers. I ordered them through Tick and they were shipped to Frankenstein for mock up and stuff like that.

Meh.

My station wagon makes over 650 at the wheels.

Just teasing! Your build is insane - that is crazy power in a 3300 lb Z06! Can't wait to see it come together. Those heads should be ridiculous!

Actually, you're both wrong At his stock bore with 4.125 stroke, he's a 441ci

Formula: boreXboreX.7854XstrokeXno of cylinders= cubic inches

4.125x4.125x.7854x4.125x8 = 441.01 cubic inches

Yes sir. Whenever I can get me a sleeved block I may step up to a bigger piston possibly. That way I'd have a better excuse to tell my wife why I need better heads lol.

Bigger pistons = needing bigger headd haha
