Or a bad hose going to the mufflers. Vacuum hoses are well known trouble makers.

There is a line on the drivers side coming out of the fire wall, it is covered with plastic and has a 90 degree bend. It has a plastic connector and loops around to back of intake. The plastic bend is known for cracking, mine did, and losing vacuum.
