Phew, what an absolutely incredible weekend of racing with the fantastic WannaGOFAST crew at Heaven's Landing in Georgia. Not one but two of our customer's Corvettes broke the 200-mph barrier in the half-mile, setting them firmly in the record books as the first Corvettes to EVER go 200 in the half.



But, honestly, that was just icing on the cake. All in all we had over 20 different customers racing each day and saw over 3,000 different spectators come through the venue in that same period. Everyone was amped up, everyone was ready to roll, and the cars were on kill from every group... It was just fun to mix it up with the Lambo, GTR, Porsche, and exotic owners all weekend long AND see our friends set new personal bests. Seriously, if it wasn't for our amazing customers, friends, and families, this would have just been another weekend at the strip. But everyone who came out was in it to win it!

Cool, good job getting Corvettes up to the top of the fast list

I see my buddy Olivier was having trouble with his new 'spare' TTG but at least he and Jason still have the 'old' car running good. Ironically the new car should be faster, but if it was easy, everybody would be doin it.

Are bikes allowed to run at events like this as well? Do all vehicles have to be licensed/street legal?

I'm assuming Olivier is OB Prestige? If so they have a very cool operation and love sharing the track with them at these events!

Unfortunately bikes are not allowed due to their insurance regulations. For vehicles, they do not make any clear stipulations. I have seen several cars without tags and they do not check for registration/insurance on the car during tech inspection.

Yep, OB are his initials...he's a local to me (actually across the river in Chelsea Quebec) but I see him regularly because his kids go to an English school here in Ottawa and play soccer across the road from my home. His wife regularly drives their son to practices and games in her 'track' Gallardo, if it's a nice day she uses the vert G, and if he comes too they use the Ferrari FF which also has snow tires for the winter since it is AWD. He's got so many other cars I can't even begin to name them all, like an Aventador, a 458, a R8V10, and demonstrative of his 'open' mind a number muscle cars including a heavily modified C2 split-window Vette.

I see my prediction about the new 'spare' car being faster came true a few weeks ago in CA when it went 230 and the 'old' car only went 229

Gotta also hand it to Jason Heffner, he and his guys are a class act too
