BTR is out of stock now for quite some time. I'm on the waiting list.
CHE rockers are also a good option. I have them on my Z now.

Well...did not do anything for the last 2 weeks since I traveling with my Fiancee and just got back on Sunday.

Anyhow, I plan on finishing by mid next week. Here are some pics of what I have right now....

ARP also includes Heads Studs....not pictured.

Also, got a Nick Williams 102mm TB and a Halltech MF108 Killer Bee with Beehive.

Clutch will be a Ceramic RXT with a billet flywheel.

Im doing all the assembly and the Tune will be done by Shawn @ Lethal Performance San Antonio http://lethalperformancesatx.com/

Here are some shots of the MSD after shaving the lettering and casting marks.

I corrected the runner spacing where I could see light and Im also porting the MSD runners.

The upper plenum hat required removal of lots of the casting over flash, and the TB opening as well. In some cases over 1/4 of an inch!!!

For the runners Im cleaning them since they have about 1/32-1/64th of over flash right at the runner entrace/bell mouth and the same at the flange/end of the runner.

Yes, I like that finish for the intake. I like the rugged look of it and it's different.

Gotcha...looks like bed liner (Rhino linings, etc.) Doing the same thing to the FRC's or valve covers if no FRC's?

EDIT...never mind, I forgot the valve covers were painted yellow.

Got busy yesterday and installed the cam, ATI damper and C7R Timing Chain.

I came to a stop since I dont own a 250ftlb torque wrench. Ill get one today.

To reinstall the oil pump and line up the gears easy, I took the oil pump apart and installed the housing, then installed the gears. 5 minute job!

ATI damper is installed with new ARP damper bolt. Steering rack is back into place....what a PITA!

Those little tabs/spacers....fugg! They had me frustrated, but got it in.

Today, Ill do the radiator, condenser and may be the heads if Im motivated.

Made some advancements yesterday...

Radiator, water pump, lifter and heads are back into the car. Today, Ill set-up the valvetrain, hook up coolant lines, and start with the wiring harness.

Planning on finalzing tomorrow and I have a dyno/tuning appointment on Friday at 0900!

Good. I did quite a bit of cleaning on the MSD. Lots of over-flash from the molding.

Yes sir the pics you posted confirmed all the things I researched about the MSD needing a little cleaning up, thanks for posting those. I am buying the MSD and NW directly from Lethal, they really aren't charging a whole lot to port it .

Test fitting the MSD!

NW102 TB!

The business end of the MF108!

Almost done...last night at o/a 2100s (9PM).

Today at Lethal Performance!

End result: 593RWHP @ 6900RPM (582 @ 7200) / 519RWTQ @ 6000RPM
Base line: 486/466RW
Gain: 107RWHP/53RWTQ Peak-to-Peak
Over 140RWHP @ 6800RPMs!

I must say that she pulls like a freight train! Crusing speeds there is a little hint and I mean very little hint of bucking at around 1500 RPMs other than that....She Rocks!!!

Many thanks to Danny @ Lethal Performance for his advise, "Dan The C5 man" and the CF Z06 Forum crew for sharing their experiences!
