2 rear drag wheel sets, n/a and nitrous setups hlp plz
so Ive got a set of weld rts 17x11s, currently with a 26x10.5 mt bias ply that works great for my n/a setup.. then Ive got a set of 17x9.5 c5 z06 front wheels that I was planning on going with 275 40 hoosiers but recently have decided to do a 100 shot.. has me thinking I should just decide on a set of N/A 26" tires for the 17x9.5 c5 z06 front wheels and possibly a 28" tall tire for the 100 shot? but then I think.. I have a lot of gear left in 4th gear right now.. maybe I wouldnt need a taller tire?

With the 100 shot you may be able to pull it out the hole but I dont think that it may be enough.
I would run the 26" with the 11" wheel that will give you the bigger foot print play around with the launch RPM and let her rip.
Not the same platform but I used to launch my 4.56 geared 4V (4.6 based) big bore/stroker (322ci) 8200 RPM 90 Notch on a 200 shoot and the 26 inch Hossier hooked the best with my combo and was consistent low 1.3s all day.

No don't use a 28" tire... Just use the MT's on the 17x11's... You don't want to change the gearing... You've got enough gearing to run a 26" tire and a 200 shot... Don't change a thing...
