That cam from Carlos runs very well.
Thanks for your kind words also.
No problem! You always amaze us with that bolt-on car!
Yes without a doubt this cam is a beast and makes plenty of power through the RPM.

That launch snapped me back, wasn't expecting it. First time doing a 1.41 missed 2nd gear.. there was my chance sighs. But on a good note I know exactly how to launch it now to get 1.4x 60s.

Gotcha...makes more sense now. How much power are you making?

Sounds like a strong set up. My car runs pretty similar to yours. I just don't get the great air

Good #'s.

P.S......I'm also in the military and 23yrs of age and bought my 08 Z when I was 22 also came from the Ford side. I had an 04 Cobra and wanted to get into something faster and glad i made the best decision YTD. I'm looking to do a head package this winter with either a ported stocker, PRC 265 or PRC 285. Goal is to make an 9.7x pass N/A!!!!

Absolutely awesomes times and awesome car. I read you have all stock Z06 driveline, can you expand on how you're launching the car? Are you dumping it, or slipping it? What's your technique? I was really nervous about breaking stuff, but not anymore after seeing this.

Yup all stock driveline besides the clutch and tranny. I'm leaving at around 4500-4700rpm with a fast slip of the clutch. A tad slower than a side step. Of course you have to adjust depending on track prep and surface temp etc. I can almost dump it sometimes at that rpm and still get a neck snapping 60 time when the track is really sticky.
