???????? when you close the doors left or right the door glass should go up to the top in auto mode. what is the problem when it does not?? does it need to be programed? thank you.

It's called window indexing and you have to re-index your windows...check your owners manual for instruction. Basically sit in the car with the key and turn on the ignition, hold the window switches in the up position for about 3 seconds, that should do it...may be more to it, I can't recall the procedure verbatim, but you get the general idea.
