OP...will you be selling the Fast 102 as well? I've seen boosted LS7 guys go back to stock Intake manifold because of the Fast seals doesn't do well with boosted applications or something of that sort.

interesting about the z51 oil lines - where did you read that those would work? is that a common thing for boosted z's? maybe I should do that....is it proven that they are plug and play and wont require relocation or bending upon the s/c install?

they will work because you will have to go to a radiator with oil cooler on the driver side. thats where it comes factory on the Z51. Rather than use the zo6 lines which have to go all the way to the front of the bumper (like 6 inches longer) i purchased the z51 lines which are the correct and exact distance. you also need to but the 2 oem fittings that go into the radiator. will have nothing to do interfering with the SC install. this is just purely cosmetic.

Not much progress today. At least not as much as I would have liked. Did end up pinning the crank. Installed ARP bolt and Torqued to 230ft lbs. Installed the Steering rack back on and cut the water pump down where it needed to be cut. I also lowered the Radiator cradle and installed the radiator and hoses back in.

Installed Z51 oil lines with OEM Radiator attachment
here are the Z51 oil lines as well as the OEM fitting from GM that screwed right into the Radiator. End result looks real clean.

What a mission! FAST 102 Intake does not fit with bolt on application!
Turns out I will have to flip the Throttle body upside down becuase the Intake manifold sticks out too far. Also had to go 2 belt sizes smaller because of the ATI 10% underdrive Dampner. Found this out twice after all was installed... The blower did come out nice though in the Wrinkle red powdercoat!
I will be purchasing the 12" throttle body harness extension and making some 2.25 aluminum spacers to bring out the power steering resivior. I dont know how its going to work with the Radiator hose yet. Anyone else done this yet?

Correct belt to use with A&A Corvette Supercharger and ATI 10% Dampner
This is the Belt size i went with. worked perfect according to where A&A wants you to set the tension at (about 60%)

ran some -8an hose and fittings for the oil drain of the blower
went with some -8 an fittings for the oil drain. Back when I did my Cam i removed the oil pan and had a weld bung put in. figured it would be used eventually...

I would have ditched the underdrive pulley. With 10% UD and a 4.0" blower pulley you are going to be barely turning that blower, and the UD pulley will be more prone to slip. Swap it out of a OD pulley ASAP IMO.
And please put a stock intake back on it.

Made some changes in my setup...
Went ahead and purchased an OEM intake manifold with Aeroflow fuel rails. Going back to stock intake with OEM throttle body. Also contacted ATI and purchased the 10% overdrive dampner shell. Turns out I can just change the shell. This will make for a better set up than original.

Glad to see someone taking advice. That will be a MUCH MUCH better setup.
IW does same thing, for $200 you send your damper in they rebuild it, and swap shells. I went from stock, to OD 8 rib, to OD 10 rib, all same base damper, just kept mailing it back.

Just sucks I have to back track now to change the dampner and intake manifolds but I will take advantage now and do a little coolant mod I saw at a show that may help a little with circulating water.
Going to pull water from the steam fitting in the rear of the motor and tie them into the fron steam fittings so that it can release from back there too.
May help some
