2009 Z06 A&A T1-V2 Super Charger Install with pics!
Well here it goes! Finally paid off this thing while it was on lay away about 2 weeks ago and just received it this morning. I have to say by experience that from the first call to A&A back in December, I have experienced a very knowledgeable staff and very professional treatment as to answering questions and making suggestions. The box arrived this morning and after going through it, these guys take time into even the packaging of this kit so it says allot of what to expect from the kit itself. everything is documented and boxed separate for accurate inventory.
Everything is here and now to the fun stuff. Car is already on the lift at my shop and I'm on my way over there to start removing the front bumper and fenders. Plan is to leave the crank pinned and maybe the boost a pump installed.
I will update with pics as i go along.

Very nice! Just curious do you have any other mods besides the Vararam intake? A boosted LS7 is going to be fun!

I have a set of LSX CNC Stage II ported heads done by WCCH. EPS cam with some other bolt ons. Car made 568 RWHP with 516 Torque on pump gas (93 Octane). I know it should be enought but i have a sickness. Always want more! I hope this Supercharger cures me for now.

Got myself a set of OEM rear wheels with NITTO drags for that very rare visit to the Drag street. I figure with this kind of power now its going to take a beating on my OEM clutch whenever i take it from a dig but im hopeing to limit those kinds of launches to the track. the rest will be for street fun and GTR hunting in Miami.

Changed the Oil Return line and fitting
I wanted to use a -8 AN line for the return so I went with a 1/2 NPT to -8AN fitting for the blower and then had a weld bung welded to the oil pan back when I did my cam. Just looks cleaner and a little more practicle for me.

Replaced the Oil lines for Z51 Lines
I was told by Josh at A&A that the Z06 oil lines would work but ive seen how the lines look when re-routed and it looks really crowded. New set of oil lines from the dealer was about $140 bucks. looks alot cleaner and not i can sell the whole oil cooler and line set up.

Pinning the LS7 Crank
Last for today was to pin the crank. I have an ATI Balancer that already has a keyway so i lined up the drill hole so that it would go right down that existing channel. Worked perfect!
