Default Thinking of pulling the trigger on CF10 (19/19) setup

Would like to go with this setup (19 x 10) and (19 x 12). However the tires I want are either the PSS or the R888. Rears are fine, I am going with the 345. However the fronts the only available widths are 295/30. I am concerned that there may be rubbing. I am at a stock ride height.

Does anyone out there have this setup? Pictures would help!! Thanks guys!

I realize there are other available sizes in the PSS. However the stock width on the 19 inch OEM tire is 285. The PSS is available in 275 or 295. I would rather upsize than downsize and am wondering if the 295 will rub at stock ride height.

it will not rub at stock ride height or go with a 9.5 in. wide front wheel (10" doesnt help you unless you road course/circle track the car)...and still get the 295 (will fit fine, and minimize your worry of rubbing)

I went with a 19x10 and 19x12 setup. I did the 275/30/19 MPSS up front and 325s out back (stock size). I did this because the tires overall diameter are the exact same as stock, so it doesn't have any effect on active handling and such. I know a lot of guys don't have any issues with it, but for 20mm of tire? Eh, no thanks. I have drag radials on separate wheels for drag racing, and plan on buying a set of 18s all the way around for HPDE. So for the street, I see no reason for a wider tire.

I have the MPSS 295's and 345's in 19/19. The front suspension bolts are lowered to their max setting. At full turn (like in a parking lot), the tires will rub the wheel well liner. But that's the only time they rub. I'll most likely just raise the front a few turns if I ever get motivated.

I love the way the car feels going into the corners with the 295's. I have had 19X275 and they were OK, but the car didn't feel as solid as with the 295's. I've also had 18X285's, and they sucked. Way to soft and squishy in the corners. (This is mountain pass driving with very tight corners, not a track).

Ordered the 19/19 setup yesterday. 19x10 up front and 19 x 12 in the rear. Piano black.

I was told that the Toyo tires run smaller than the Michelin, so I will be going with the r888 295 in the front. I was leaning r888 anyway.

I will post pics once received and installed. Thanks for the input all.

I hope you are not going to mix the M 345 PSS rears with the T 295 R888 fronts. The R888s have much more grip than the PSS as they are a streetable track tire vs the PSS which is a street tire that can live on the track. If you drive corners hard the rears will let go well before the fronts, perhaps fun for drifting, but ...

Coming out of the same tight 2nd gear corner at a track. I cannot get full throttle with the PSS until track out while I was ful throttle at the apex with the R888s, they are at least 2+ seconds per lap faster at typical 2 mile road circuits. Both my PSS and R888s are stock size 275/325's. The PSS will get 2-3x longer tread wear than the R888's, at least in street driving.

The Toyo 295/30-19 are 0.2" narrower section width (0.1" per side) than the similar size PSS, not enough to make a difference on rubbing.
