Straight up head replacement for 06Z

Ok boys I'm sure it's out there somewhere but I'm lazy today. My car has intake and a tune. Are there any straight up, easy in easy out heads for this car ready to go out there to be ordered. She gets driven hard sometimes, properly, but still hard. Just to cover my own a** in case of you know what. I'm in Ontario Canada.

I figured with his trolling of the C7 forum and making claims of shenanigans on someones run, that he actually owned the vehicle he was pretending to know so much about.
