[Z06] 630 RWHP Heads/Cam/MSD C6Z

If you don't count those blips at the end of the dyno run, its more like about 610rwhp. Still great numbers though. You can see the power was already starting to fall off at about 6500, before the quick spike.

We dyno tuned a car the other day where the customer bought our normal Heads/ Cam package with an MSD intake. Installed everything him self and brought it to us to tune for him. We are PUMPED at the results.
Setup is
RPM B-3 Cam
AI Ported LS7 heads to our specs
Kooks 1 7/8 headers with no cats
Corsa Catback
MSD Intake
Vararam
Here is the SAE graph along with the Uncorrected graph.

Ha, harsh criticism? Sorry I didn't put on my kid gloves. I meant no disrespect, but anyone who knows what they're looking at knows a "spike" when they see it. I'm no less "critical" of my own dyno numbers.

Im still not convinced that a FAST or MSD intake is worth it... I spent $370 to have my stock manifold ported from PSS...
Made great power with it on 91 pump... 600/550

So for me to switch to either one of those intake manifolds would be a solid $700 investment for what? 5whp? Im good
Plus I have the added benefit of popping the hood and all looks like it did when GM tossed it together

So what kind of set up are we talking about we seen on one here high compression only gained 10 peak...I to am debating on the msd setup I'm still looking for a setup just for street/strip 11.2 11.5 CR. Smaller cam setup not 650 650 lift..

So ur on stock manifold like me, so you think msd is not worth it correct. I dont know where they claim 20 26 over fast... Because if I correct yes the fast intake does give the ls7 about 15 20 peak numbers...but I want overall band with not peak numbers.. But yes correct 900 dollars is a lot for 10hp

- Is the engine still running OEM injectors?
- What is the DIC during the dyno run?

I'm still scratching my head. Seems like modest upgrades. No NW102 or crazy large cam and no E85 and its making over 600 to the tires. I don't get it. Usually H/C/I make in the 580 range...

Its a setup that we have been developing for years. We started out making 580ish. Now they make over 600 easily.

Nothing to scratch your head about. It's just dyno numbers. Something tells me the car won't perform like it has 630hp
