Where can I find a set of Blacked out RT-S's without the chrome lip? I've seen them before, but can't find it on their website.

The ones you have seen were powder coated by the owners. Apparently Weld is supposed to offer them all black soon. Might want to contact them.

Like ^^^ said, weld only has polished or black face. If you want any other color then you take them to a metal finishing/pc shop and do whatever you want with them.
