Maybe a head gasket leak?

Did you check your coolant resevoir to see if level is droping?

on the head gasket. Do a compression leak down test.

Sometimes you can get condensation in the crank case from a problem with the PCV system. You might want to look at that first. Just how much water did you find, and how did you come to that conclusion?

Yes I checked the coolant and yes the level has dropped so there for the oil tank is over full now Thank you guys I see the was oil coming out of my air filter I did a leak down test today and the #7 cylinder was leaking it was bubbling though the coolant reservoir and then I pulled the dip stick and the oil level was over full so I guess I have to take the head off and hope for the best lol what I don't understand is I never seen any sighs of this happening never ran hot or used coolant or oil I drove the car one night it was fine and started it a day or so later and had a misfire like I said in the first post

Is there any thoughts on that I just hoping it's not a cracked block and if it's a head gasket why I say what is the cause of all this I'm puzzled

Could be cracked sleeve in number 7. Do you remember what the spark plug from number 7 looked like when you took it out? Did you happen to listen for air leaking into the intake manifold when you did the leak down?

Are you getting any loud noises when the engine is running? When the engine in my 08 dropped an exhaust valve it quit running but after sitting for a couple of hours the engine started and ran on 7 cylinders. It made a hell of a noise because the intake valve head had been broken off as the head of the exhaust valve decided it wanted to be in the intake manifold and was jammed in the intake port so it was hitting the piston on every upstroke. Other than the racket the engine didn't run all that roughly.

Bill

old school. Water in the oil points to a head gasket. hows the coolant level?

Head gaskets on these cars are damn good. You will take a block out before a head gasket.

Easy enough to diagnose with the leak down test. Where did you hear / feel air flow? Follow the air......

Air coming out of coolant tank. That said, the head is coming off any way you slice it. A good visual inspection should tell the story. Lift the head off but don't clean anything yet. Flip the head over and look for signs of leakage between the combustion chamber and water ports. Closely inspect the gasket and then the mating surface on the block. If it's leaking that bad and it's gasket related you should see it. I hope you do.
If not, you will be doing a very close inspection of the sleeve. Rotate the engine so the piston is all the way down. Clean and inspect the liner visually. A crack big enough to leak that much at room temperature should be able to be seen visually. After that you can magnaflux the liner in place but you have to take precautions not to get the metal dust down to the rings. That's all I got for now.
Think head gasket and remember, a head gasket is only as good as the person who installed it and you did say this engine is modded.

Leak down test with piston at TDC, and again at BDC. That'll tell you if it's a liner.

I'm leaning towards head gasket.

Whenever I hear of a cracked sleeve, it's almost always #7.
