I don't have my car in front of me, but I imagine those look like the A/C condenser lines.

From your pictures, it looks like a small kink in the area of the dry sump tank. Look at the flat surface on the bottom of the frame. Only going by pictures so I could be wrong.
I measured it out and it's the same so the frame rails are good. It's the wheelhouse that's the issue. If you look at the bolts on top, you can see how far off it is.

The condenser is still hooked up, so that can't be it.

The first picture looks like lines for the AC system . The second picture are for the engine oil cooling system, hooks to an small radiator in front of the water and AC radiator.

I would say oil cooler, going off the first pics you posted it looks like it is missing.

See that you say the condenser is still hooked up , then the first picture is for the transmission cooling, and the second picture is for engine cooling.

I thought tranny cooler is in the rear, engine oil and steering cooler is up front, but I might be wrong.

Transmission cooler is in front , and the oil goes trough water radiator.

So then I assume the whole wheelhouse is no longer glued to the frame??? If so and the measurements are correct, you "should" be good to go. Start looking for parts

It's sort of just hanging there and I can move it with my hand. I'm going to need a new wheelhouse but I'm having a very hard time finding one. Seems odd the right side is discontinued.

I have all the body panels & headlights but nothing underneath. I think I'm missing everything on the front, between the frame and bumper. I wish I knew someone with a corvette so I could see exactly what I need and how it goes together.

I find it strange if they discontinued this part when the cars sold to 2013, I think it have changed partnumber, not listed discontinued here :

Well keep an eye on ebay. You may have to settle for a damaged one and fix it. Also try AutoWorks. He has many salvage Vettes. If he doesn't have it right now, ask to be put on a waiting list.

It says this is for an 09-13 model. Is this the same as the one that's on my 07 or did they make changes?

Here it is listed to fit 2006-2013, but you must ask autorized dealer I think, maybe stefuel have the correct answer.

The European GM Warehouse in Germany have 3 of these in stock, so they must have this with GM in the US.

If you are looking to save money and go with at least some used parts try www.autoworksinc.com He has quite a selection of good used parts for ZO6's.

So far I have both fenders, hood, rad support, a/c condenser. Everything else that's not in the picture is pretty much what I need, plus a pass side wheelhouse.

It had a k&n intake, but it was damaged so I have to get another one. Not sure if I should buy a stock or aftermarket intake. Any advice?
