I'm looking at Corsa Xtreme exhaust. I've searched and looked at YouTube videos. To me videos are tough to make a decision off of. I'm looking for a little louder and more aggressive sound than the stock exhaust. I installed Corsa Pace Car on my C5 and loved them, especially due to the no drone. Those of you that went from stock exhaust to Corsa Xtreme, can you help with these questions.

The only xtremes I have seen are for 2.5" inlets on the C6's. The sports come in 3" inlet. With that said, I had xtremes on a c5 as well as pace cars. I just pulled off a set of sports on our c6z06. The c6z06 with h/c/lt was as loud as the c5 with xtremes/h/c/lt at all rpm's.

Put them on an 05 c6 and loved it! have a 08 Z06 with B@B and the sound from the Corsas on the c6 was close to it.

You want the corsa sport 3". Sound will depend on mods.. headers , cam.. at idle can sound deep with LT's and medium cam.. inside is tolerable... from behind when you punch it ... deep but exotic.. I woulda got the sports if my Z didn't come with 3" B&B bullets with 4" tips. My buddies sports with a torquer 110 sounds demonic yet exotic.. just sounds like it runs 9's..

Thank you! Just looked on Corsa's website and looks like the Sport is their only option. Anyone running the Sport exhaust system?

If ur stock cam there almost zero drone cruising ..like i said its the sound is best of both worlds... corsa sports in many guys opinions are second to none...if u want old school muscle car sound.. the sports are not for you. :

Corsas are quiet if you are stock....they don't really open up until 5000+ rpms.

I had corsa extreme on my c5z that was cammed with headers and absolutely loved it. I traded it in a month ago on a 2008 z06. I will be doing corsa again when money permits. I went to the dealer today and they had a 2011 z06 and I noticed it had corsa exhaust on it, no headers or anything. I asked them if I could start it up and listen to it so I know what mine would sound like. It was sex. Definitely will be going corsa for mine. My only issue is that the website shows it only for 2009 - up zo6 but not for 2008, which is confusing me.

If your looking for a little louder then research the corsa sport . Extreme was too loud for me. Its nice at idle and i cant say what it sounds like ar W O T because the sounds behind me and im always in the car anyway.

I've had 5-6 different sets of pipes on mine. For me the only way to go is the B&B Fusion III. You can open it up and it's NASCAR/NHRA all over again or push the little button and the drone goes away and you can pull up to the valet guy and not run everybody off. It has 3" pipes in the center that go a real 3" all the way out the tips. I'd never change these.

Here you go. Corsa sports and Halltech mf103. Idle only.

Now I have a mild cam, msd intake manifold, lg super pro 1 3/4 headers non catted on top of what's stated above. I have all sorts of various exhaust clips. New set up idle only, normal cruising and WOT. Gopro 4 with and without external mic. Let me know if you want more.

No drone at all when I installed my Corsas with only a K&N intake. Before that, I tried the M2W switch on stock mufflers and hated the freeway drone. The Corsas have a perfect tone. Subtle when it needed to be, and aggresive when you wanted it to be.

I believe these or the B&B Fusions are the only way to go.

Corsa Extremes for C6 Z06 and ZR1 are fffinally here! They finally got around to making an Xtreme version of a Corsa system and it's the total package. 20 lbs less than oem and Corsa sport, big 4.5 inch tips, still world class drone control from the inside, and BIG sound from the outside. Out of the 5 or so systems I've tried on all flavors of Corvettes I've owned, these are the ones that will be staying on my car.
