Here is the link to the initial (untuned) startup of my CPR build today. Very pleased with the sound.

For what it's worth guys our build was Katech's most resent build with the 501(SN#90), and we had Pfadt 1 3/4 tri y headers. And made 576 on their dyno, but had a slipping clutch so couldn't get a tq number, and might have been missing a few hp (less than 5) up top.
Full parts list as follows
Halltech 103
Stock 90 tb
Tony Mamo 102
WCCH stage 2 heads with .030 mill
Pfadt 1.75 with catless x
Monster lt1-s clutch (less than year old, no clue why it was slipping)
Built rpm trans and built 3.90 rpm diff, both of which are new and very few miles on them.
Our dyno could have been higher if we had the broken in stock tranny and diff with 3.42 instead of 3.90 (dyno less) and maybe a healthy clutch. Also stock tb hurt us some.
What helped us was the ported 102......
Had more things working against us then helping us......
Like I said earlier, take it for what it's worth.....The Pfadt headers can't be hurting to much compared to the standard.......

Iv yet to notice any clutch problems or clutch slip on the street or clutch dust on hard shifts.
Jason at Katech did say it was possible that it was tire spin on the dyno instead, but it's more likely it was clutch slip....
So I'm praying and hoping tire spin was the problem, as we do run the tires at 35psi while not out hot rodding and the tires are 3+ year old half wore out pss tires. That coupled with the 3.90 rear end on the dyno, and maybe it wasn't strapped down quite as good would help my tire spin theory.....we goin to the track this coming weekend so we shall see how she holds up...

I have no clue, that clutch is holding well over 700 rwtq on all kinds of c7zs across the country...it was installed and broken in properly, and was installed only a year ago. It only has 25 passes at the track (stock clutch had over 200). All passed have been with the 3.90 rear gear (easier on clutch than stock 3.42) and iv never launched it above 3500 as the track we go to just flat out doesn't prep worth a damn so it just spins the tires. The clutch is definetly an on or off style grabbing clutch compared to the stock one, so at the track it's not like I slip the crap outa it, and I slip it less than the stock one.....

The prime target will be Mojave, but I'm looking forward to a trip to Big Willow some time, too. How have you been? PM if you wish.

SB later this week for dyno numbers, Howard. The valve clearance numbers may be a little down the road, but I will post. My build used 20K mile inventory heads, but my heads should already be shipped to WCCH for CPR's next LS7 build. Four chat board members had their Z06's at CPR while mine was/is there.

Joe, lots of nice text comments on my phone or e-mail in addition to those on this forum on the engine/exhaust sound. Also comments about how nicely it pulled away from the back of the shop untuned.

Ya it really sounds incredible in person. These cars do drive very nice untuned compared to the old 4th gen fbody days lol.

I understand and am glad that you are still enjoying the performance of your car. I just "retired" from endurance racing even though my lap times were good and I ran well in traffic. The old body just couldn't take the physical beating that lingers for many days after. I'll still do HPDEs, Mojave and Silver State and may do some low key sprint races (not in the Z06) and probably do a few 1/4 mile events to get a sense of how the HCI car can do.

Haven't reached out to them yet, was planning to after I see how the clutch holds at the strip this coming week..
