I guess my question is WHAT HAPPENS if theres an "active handling" issue? Anything to worry about straight-line? turning in a corner? What's the ill effects?

Just a quick comparison shot, but here's my wife's Michelins on her 2012 CTS-V vs the 355's that came in...

How cheap are you looking for. I just bought the P Zero's for the front. All 4 tires to my house was $800. That's the cheapest I could hope for to have P Zero's.

Just FYI, I know that they still have at least 4 more available. I just released them that I had on hold. You will likely have to call to get them...

So which are better, the P-zero's or the P-zero's Corsa? They have both in stock. The Corsa's are just slightly more expensive

***Ok I answered my own question. The P-Zero's are 2012 production and the P-zero Corsa's are 2013 production. But why are the Corsa's UTQG (60) so different from the P-Zero's of 220. Is that a mis-print?

The Corsa's are an R-compound (you can tell if in the description it says not to store them in freezing temperatures or if they call it street & track ready). Kinda like a semi-slick.

Imho you don't want to run an r-compound on the street - it will pick up every rock/bottle cap/etc... and has a very high risk of tire puncture.

For street driving stick w/ the regular p-zeros.

I don't see any clearance problem on the outside Dr. How about the inside. Any drive time yet?

Honestly I didn't check the inside. The place I had install them I figured would have looked at that. I have new brakes and all sitting here ready to go on so Ive gotta pull em off again. I'll check everything out then.

I left them at 44psi overnight to help seat the bead. I'll bring them back down to 30-33 or so and give her a good romp. I can attest to this though, even being over-inflated and really only having the middle of the tread in contact with the pavement, they are leaps and BOUNDS better than my bald Nitto Invos.

dont you guys think/feel 355s look a tad to wife for the stock 12 inch wheel?

from the pic above they look to big to me and unless u drag race i am sure there is no benefit to these over 325s, if anything added weight and possible rubbing

even 345s on a stock 12 inch Z wheels are to big looking imho ( FLAME SUIT ON )
