The CE28 is a fantastic wheel. Unfortunately the rim width maxes out at 10.5 inches. In the ZE40 18 inch diameter, the rim width is available in 12 inches, so there is at least a chance of getting a correct fit provided the manufacturer will cut the right offset, bolt pattern and hub diameter.
You have clearly done your homework! On that note, they have made TE37s in c6 z06 sizes before.

A quality 18x10, 18x12.5 and 19x12.5 would cover a lot of bases. Guys like me wanting a set of track wheels would go with 18/18 setup and more street oriented guys would opt for the 18/19 combination.

How hard is it to put a knurled bead on it? Just go ahead and make them all with this feature. (Can you knurl existing wheels?)

Weight and strength are really important. For reference the C6 Z06 split 5-spoke is 21.5 lbs front and 26 lbs rear.

If I could wave a magic wand and have any wheel on my Z06 what would it be? The Volk Racing ZE 40 in 18/18 Matt Blue Gunmetal to go with my Atomic Orange Z, and a set of 18/19 Dark Diamond Gunmetal for the street. For reference, an 18x9.5 concave ZE40 weighs 19.5 lbs. These wheels are net shape forged meaning the spokes and most of the barrel are formed in a single forging operation, then the barrel and bead lips are finished by cold roll forming. Volk Racing forged are about as strong as you can get and very light. They also come standard with knurled bead seats. Not exactly a cheap wheel but at ~$800 to $900.00 each, represents a bargain for the weekend track warrior with a BMW, GTR, BRZ, etc. Anything but a Corvette.

Group buy anyone?

HRE builds a flow-forged version of the P40SC called FF01 (I think) for $2700ish. The problem is that they don't make them to fit wide body C6s, only base bodies.

Thank you for everyone's opinion, So more like a Volk Style Design in either a 10 spoke or 6 Spoke design would be a better choice wheel.
I love the Volk wheels like mention i have a set of my own for my track car.

Here is a list that i was able to pull out in tires selection,
I think it would make sense to do a 18x10 Deep Concave & 19x12 Deep Concave wheel.

Ill work up a 18/18 tire selection soon.

18x10 | 19x12
275/35/18 & 325/30/19

Option 1: Bridgestone RE Pole --

Option 2 : Bridgestone RE-11 --

Option 3: Continental DW --

Option 4: Hankook k120 --

Option 5: Goodyear Eagle F1--

Option 6: Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar G --

Option 7: Hoosier --

Option 8: Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 --

Option 9: Michelin Pilot Super Sport --

Option 10: Nitto Invo --

Option 11: Toyo R888--

19x10 & 20x12
285/30/19 & 335/25/20

Option 1: Continental DW -

Option 2: Michelin Pilot ZP --

Option 3: Michelin Sport Cup 2--

19x10 & 20x12
(Wider)
285/30/19 & 345/25/20

Option 1: Nitto Invo --

I vote for a 10 spoke wheel. They are a more modern, performance oriented design. With 10 spoke, you can place the lugs optimally for strength and looks. As other's have noted the spider designs are very common and becoming dated quickly.

Here is fabulous looking 10 spoke design by Finspeed, the F110. As the Brits would say, this looks the ballocks on this Velocity Yellow C7. The offset and concavity are perfect. Just need the crossed flags in the center cap.

This 10 spoke architecture looks good on many makes as well as the Corvette. I think Rays/Volk made the heavy investment in the forging dies for ZE40 deep concave and wide rim widths foreseeing long-term market demand and popularity among different makes. Here's the F110 looking great on an Evo. They are getting much love from the Porsche community as well.

I personally like this treatment in the hub recess a lot. This is the one area where your Mustang wheel is less then perfect. The hub recess on that wheel is too flat and plain looking.

10 spokes look good with Hoosier's too!

F110s on another Corvette.

OK, I'll shut up now! It isn't often that vendors ask us what we want, so I'm taking advantage of this.

Thanks,
Scott

Thank you Scott, we really do appreciate the information you provided, i love the design of the ten spoke design as well
especially on a Corvette Z06 Platform, these Z06 can get Deep Front & Deep Rear Concavity.

I will have the guys very soon make a design in a 10 spoke & 6 spoke for us.

A ten spoke would really have to hit the high-end of the market, otherwise I think a majority would just buy the Forgestar CF10.

One of the biggest misses I see is the mid market. Plenty of cheap reps and cast alum wheels, and the big name guys with sets the price of new small cars. Finnspeed, Racetech, HRE, BBS, ADV1, Forgeline, Carbon Revolution, the list goes on and on.

What about some mesh/multispoke 1 or 2 piece wheels which are "lighter weight", easy to manufacture, and come in at ~3K a set? Think lower end CCW's. Is that even possible, I don't know, but I'd be a buyer...

Yeah $3-3.5k is a sweet spot that needs to be filled.

A big plus 1 on this

Thank you very much for the very helpful opinions,

We are going to render 3 design for a new Rotary Forged wheel.

We are going ask to vote which would be a best design overall.

I should have these done in a week or so.

Something along the lines of a TSW Bathurst with a bit more concave gets my vote.

Thank you sir, we have noticed there are great wheels nut lack in concavity which we intend to get as much as possible for the new design sets.
