Default RPM B3, TSP LS7R, or BTR IV Cam

Looking to go a heads cam package for my C6Z, but don't know which way to go. Which one should I get and why?

B3 or BTR IV would get my vote. Too many consistent results and the LS7R is a bit dated in lobe design from what I remember.

You need to make your own plan on what you want and what goals you will stick to.

Are you still planning a blown motor? makes all the difference.

Your asking us to make blind decisions

RPMs B3 has mad consistent high 9's/low 10's in many cars with their AI head package, FWIW.

Cam Motion and some AHP heads. Or go all-in with Tony Mamo's new TFS heads and MSD intake combo and have him spec a cam.

Search dozens of threads.. find proven combos, builders etc.. talk to people and ask their experiences.. that's what I would do. My .02 cents. All depends as well how hardcore of a setup you want too.

Didn't you just buy an ECS kit? If so, none of those.

RPM B3 now, had an LS7R. The 7R isn't a bad cam, can't say i really had a major complaint with it, made 575/525 on E85.

I switched to the B3 when I put my short block in. It idles a little smoother, and has great power throughout the rpm range. Wont have it on a dyno until I get a blower for the car though.

Very good eye Sir!

Hands down favorite car I ever owned, 72' Cadillac Eldorado with the 500ci engine. Stolen years ago, that hub cap was all that remained.
