Complete exhaust trade
Just trying to get a feeling for any interest in this. I might be going to look at a 08 Z really close to me tomorrow. Been holding out for bone stock, close and reasonably priced. This one has zero engine mods but has full aftermarket exhaust which will not gain any wife approval factor.
It has Kooks headers, cat-less X-pipe and B&B exhaust. Just curious if anyone interested in loud and annoying would be interested in a even money swap for a complete stock exhaust.

Keep the headers IMO. They don't increase the sound much. I have a gently used catted Kooks x-pipe if you want to tame the headers a bit. B&B can go though.

I emailed the seller to see if he saved what he removed. If I buy it, it goes back to bone stock cats and all. I will trade off or reinstall what came off and sell off the aftermarket stuff. I volunteered to build a temp handycap ramp tomorrow AM. After (time permitting) I will go look at the car if the seller responds as I don't even have a address yet only the town.

You should easily be able to find stock manifolds/cats/mid-pipe for less money than what those headers may bring on the used forum. As for the B&B, are they fusions? If so, those are a keeper...no need to get rid of those if you go back to stock manifolds/cats.

As previosly said, If the B & B are Fusions, they are keepers. Only thing I would do different is I would put catted X pipe, or if you are trying to keep it really quiet, put the H pipe back on.
