Because I've never purchased a used C6Z, I wanted to check here before I do in order to find out if there are particular items I need to look out for. Any advice will be appreciated.
The rod bearing issue did not begin to surface until 2013 model run and with 7300 miles on it, its past the threshold of when that problem would typically occur; usually around 3500 to 4000 miles. At $47K I would say jump on it if all else checks out, a very good buy.

Excellent advice , if you don't want a stock z but your car with as many mods as possible because it will be way cheaper second hand

If you like it, negotiate the best deal you can for yourself and buy it...before someone else does.
