Four corner vent with MSD?
That would be the air/steam vents at each corner of the heads, if you were wondering WTH I'm talking about. Like the earlier LS engines had.
Before attempting to route hoses and finding out there's no way in hell I can, thought I'd ask to see if anyone has done it first.... LS7 with the MSD intake.
Trick Flow has a pretty good price on a kit with AN fittings and hose, that doesn't look to be quite as intrusive as other kits I've seen (like the Keith Urben and Nitrous Express). https://www.summitracing.com/parts/t...b600/overview/
And yah, I know.....lot's of debate whether it's needed or not....and lot's of guys with 1000+ hp have the rear corners blocked off.... I'm on the fence, but now's the time to do it.

I tried to, but they didn't fit. Tried the Trick Flows with the MSD. The intake was too big and contacted the bulk head that attaches to the head. Really wanted to aid in cooling to rear cylinders with better coolant flow in that area. Had to sell the crossovers and go back to OEM
Worked with my FAST. But I was switching from FAST to MSD when I was swapping heads

In the process of piecing something together now
Going to try these

Can't use the ones that come out the top, side only

Had no issues with MSD and the rears blocked, and front stock and intact

I believe running all 4 is a good thing although I have no proof of that. Don't bother with the trickflow kit. I used that and it works fine but if I was doing it again I would just piece it together with the exact fittings I wanted.

I like the idea of vents are all corners. This engine isn't at that much of an angle, and when I install the drop motor mounts, it'll just be lower yet.....

Tried to do the nitrous outlet kit with stock intake and didn't fit. Sent it back and been running stock since then. If I ever get back in there I would just run the factory truck rear vent setup. Simple cheap and works. Not a fan of spending 5x as much just to look pretty and that is the only advantage I see with all the other kits.

I will be attempting to use the Nitrous Outlet kit with my MSD.
I know I am going to have to change the base fitting on the main cylinder to a 45 or custom. Obviously there is no way it can work shooting straight up. They suggested running part number 03-51003 when I called them. They said they haven't found an intake that it won't work with. I will let you know how that goes whenever they get my intake back to me.

I have about three weeks yet before I need to install the intake, so if anyone comes up with a solution they know will work, please post it up, or shoot me a PM. I'll look into the truck x-over as well. Thanks for that idea Nick.

What part of the TF crossover kit is in the way with the MSD intake? Is it the block that attaches to the head or is it all the fittings that have to be added?
I have the GM truck crossover (I think... I ordered by part#, not application) on the back of mine but with a stock intake (No MSD for me ). It is pretty much identical to the LS7 front crossover but with the exit pipe on the drivers side (since it is reversed) and going straight up instead of angled away from the intake.

I don't know if that will work with the MSD, as the hoses all come out the top. I submitted a question to find out if they know. If I hear back from them, I'll pass it along. Nice looking stuff at their web site though.
