Awesome system, but not a quiet street system. Almost went this way, but drone is crazy.

I spoke to Vince at Burn's and he stated that the 6.5 mufflers had more drone than the 4.5 mufflers. He gladly answered all my questions and was good to deal with. I recommend anyone with questions to contact Vince.

So I know it's sad, but I still have not had the car out on the road yet. Worked all dam* weekend again! However, my quad tips did come in today. Quality and welds are superb. Honestly, it's a "different" look with these type tips compared to most quad corvette tips. BUT, that being said it really looks good in person. Looks tough! The pics imo don't do it full justice. But here they are

How long is the entire 4 tip system? Looks like about 8 inches or so.

How do they compare to the stock NPP?
Looks and sounds great! I like the dual tips as at least they're different from the quad tips on every other system. Wish they were paired closer together, but that's just me... On to the important bits: how does the sound compare to the stock, open NPP mufflers? I have my fuse pulled, so they're open all the time. Stock manifolds and cats for now, but I'll be going to AR 1 3/4" headers and catted x-pipe soon. I was ready to buy a Borla S system for my GS when I came across these guys, and now I'm rethinking the decision.

The one I heard was SUPER loud, lots of drone. Great race system, for a street car, you couldn't pay me enough.

I know. The appeal of appearance is subjective. Everything else looks sweet to me in terms of quality and looks. However, I'd rather fab up single extensions, or doubles for that matter, than go with those tips. But that's just me. Based upon subsequent posts by the OP about a replacement exhaust system, I would guess that his concern was more about drone than anything else. I emphasize the word guess, because I don't like to put words into somebody's mouth.

On a side note, I saw your car in a youtube video produced in Mexico, where you lost to a blown 5.0 and the stang then lost to a turbo GM 5.3 truck. Haha. Did not expect you to lose with your mods. Guess that stang was no joke, and the truck was insane. What are your dyno numbers, and do you know what the stangs were?
Your car is gorgeous btw. Love those 360 Forged wheels. They make such awesome wheels! In terms of the exhaust here, I'll just say I am definitely not a fan of the tips, but to each their own.
