Yeah they don't like Chad here. I don't get it. Hes straight shooter, if hes wrong he will tell you hes wrong.

I think he called out a lot of bs posted here by paid vendors.

And that was his undoing here.

What does the bench show for the Exh port? Can't quite make it out with my head at 90 deg and low caffeine levels right now......

If Chad wasn't so damn thin skinned and constantly jumping to conclusions that everyone was out to get him, I'd probably enjoy having a couple beers with the guy. I tend to get along with doers more than talkers.... Either that or we'd end up kicking the crap out of each other......

Heads look awesome and as always chad does good work.

But unless I missed something, these heads were done by AI previously and now the guides are out of spec? Do you have specs on the rebuild?

I also sent Chad my heads so he could hand finish my LS7 castings after I got them back from Texas Speed. All the CNC lines were smoothed out . Amazing work!! The exhaust ports and the chambers looked like mirrors. Best part is that my Z performed. Two thumbs up for Chad!!

Correct, Chad said worst guide was .0067 but said all were out of service limits

Heads are off the car and having new guides installed.

I'm just gonna check them every 10k from now on..ls7 is easy to pull heads over my old f-body ls engine.

Damn I hated working on those , The vette is so much easier so not that big of a deal to check them at least
