Drive it. We need more parts cars available so the more that blow up the better for the rest of us.

I've seen several "WTB C6Z rollers"...so there's a market.

I bought my 08 with 28k miles. Drove it home about 200mi. Daily drove it to work. Took it on a 1000mi round trip, which included a run down the drag strip. Revved it out multiple times. Did the head swap at 32k miles on the dot.

Chances are you should be okay, but should get heads/valve issue addressed. If you don't feel comfortable driving it, you can always have it shipped to you. When I bought mine out of state I used Reliable Carriers to ship it down to Texas from Illinois.

I was in same boat 2 years ago when picking my 07 with 15,000 from Iowa. Decided to get it picked up and delivered for peace of mind from Iowa back to Chicago.

Well worth it in my opinion, as you won't stop thinking about it the entire ride home.
