Default Tire advice

Wondered if you guys could recommend a new set of tires for my zo6. I just bought the car in December and need to get some tires this week, they're pretty slick. It's just a Sunny day weekend car, stock size, never gonna race or track. Looking for a quality tire that doesn't break the bank.

1) Michelin
2) Bridgestone PPs.

Can't go wrong w/ either, really.
BS' are cheaper while Mich last longer, Mich gets edge w/ grip.
Although there's a thread discussing availability of either in Z06 sizes.
Seems neither are easy to get, maybe location dependent? Spring demand?

In case you don't already know, have it aligned to Pfadt's "Street Specs": http://www.pfadtracing.com/blog/wp-c...-alignment.pdf

SS alignment extends tire life considerably while sacrificing very little handling.
G/L, no doubt about it tires for these cars are expensive assuming they're available.
