no, it's $990 to the dealer or the museum, they are not going to charge you twice to delivery a car, GEEZ wake up

That is incorrect as they do charge "twice". The $995 destination fee IS NOT waived with museum delivery. The museum delivery is an additional $990. Total delivery fees with museum delivery is $1,985.

I'm hard headed and won't do museum delivery out of principle.....

I agree with rikhek, he's correct. EVERYONE needs to pay twice as is clearly stated in the NCM website and any Dealer will tell you. Come on David, you should have known that with all the other good advise you have given out.

I really don't care, if I can save $10,000 plus on a 2015 C7 LT3 Z51, what is $990 extra for a GOOD cause!!!

Thanks for all your help.
My employee pricing isn't the same as the dealer employee pricing(when a dealer advertises employee prices that is their employees), with supplier discount the GMS I get is about $2000-3000 more off!

David, read #43 and #44 again. You're not getting it! The point is that one HAS to pay double for the NCM delivery, not as you said in cmt #41. That's all...

LMFAO , #44 is my answer, I get GM employee pricing not dealer employee pricing BIG difference, I build one out last night it was $11,284 off MSRP I can see spending $990 for a NCM pickup! And since I am a Lifetime Member of the Museum yeah why not!

That's fine/great on what you're saying but you will still pay $995 delivery AND $990 for a museum delivery. That's what we're talking about.

I really don't think it matters, register your credit union and see if GM gives you a number.

You can always find someone that gets GM supplier discount. Its the same a CU and most people eligible get up to three per year. All you need is the code for the discount and your "friend" can get one for you.

Don't know where you heard the three from, if you read the rules of the program it's unlimited number, but if you get caught giving your number away to someone else you will lose your privilege to purchase anymore for 5 years!

This is pretty interesting; tried to follow through with a dealer advertising blowout pricing, but the offer appeared to evaporate when I was ready to pick it up, and I just chalked it up to it being a come on teaser.

But, the credit union pricing appears to be the same as what was offered, so if a local dealer will participate in the program it would actually be better than the hassle of dealing with the remote delivery / pickup up North.

Is the price on the summary from the CU build considered OTD, or would it be expected to be packed on with the usual dealer add on fees before getting to a final figure?

The whole credit union discount program is a bit puzzling; what's the intent of it to offer it to a select group as it is? Is the intent to sell more cars, or generate more business for the credit unions? Since there's no loan from the credit unit requirement for the purchase it doesn't seem to be that.
Anyone have experience with any local dealers in the NY tri-state area that participates with a good reputation?

actually they have more than the CU, you don't have to get the loan there, it might be to get more people to join a CU!

yea...the three I think is the Freightliner/Chrysler equal to supplier pricing...Freightliner associates give theirs away.

I work for a top tier automotive supplier so I get mixed up now that I am old...
