I have done this in the past with 3 members of this forum, and, members of other forums. I can provide references upon request (or just simply search for my name as a 'thread starter', and, you will see each transaction concluded with happy parties on both sides).

These are 'old program' (pre 2001) rules, so, all earnings are available for any vehicle (i.e. no dreadful redemption caps).
