I got mine which is similarly equipped and it was a little over $60K MSRP brand new a year ago. That was before around $5K of price increases in the last year.
I'd offer $55K. Especially if you are in a cold climate. Buyers market in winter.

MSRP for that build as a 2015 is about $69,000, selling at a decent discount of 6-9% so, that car as a 2015 is going for $62,000 - $64,000.
Then subtract about $5,000 for the year old 2014, so that puts the 2014 at $57,000 - $59,000. These are just the objective figures.
Then, of course, like any car sale, it will boil down to how bad you want the car vs. how bad they want to sell it.

If there is any thing I have learned from owning multiple Corvettes is that IF you feel like the price is too high then it is too high AND if you wait and beat that vette fever you have right now then you'll be thankful that you did because you'll always find a better price if you wait it out. This car, whether it be the new Z06 or 2013 ZR1 will ALWAYS depreciate in value.
Long story short, no way I would pay $59k for a 2014 model..they are over priced to begin with. Don't forget that these cars sold at MSRP not at invoice, and I promise that the used price tag is way over its market value.
If it were me, I would wait another two years. I'm not kidding. I would not buy right now. Save your pennies and get yourself a better deal in two years when all the hype has died.

Why not wait 4 years, since the price will be even lower? I'll let you know when I put mine up for sale in 2020.

Four years will be 2018, and if it isn't the C7 Z06 then I'm not interested

ALL cars are basically priced too high. If we all had to buy a car that was wasn't priced too high it would have been the Yugo 20+ years ago, and really who wants one of those. Most would advise you to get the car you want.

Some people are just smarter with money than others. I would rather invest the savings than buy a new vehicle over priced that will quickly depreciate in value. Your car took a big hit the moment you drove it off the lot. To each their own buddy. The OP asked for our opinions and I gave mine. No need for you to take it personal
