Yes, the wheel has a nick in it. We do have an extra set of wheels to include with the car sale as well. He bought one set to have on the track with slicks and the other for street tires.

Always best to repair and sell it the best condition possible. Otherwise it's attack of the low ballers. You should get 80k easy with it all fixed up.

The real world price with 10,000 miles which is pretty high compared to many out there, and damage would be about 70,000 dollars. There are 15,000 Z's out there now, and no demand as there was. Most used ones are 10k off sticker w/ very few miles. This has 10,000 miles and is damaged. Best of luck

Tonight I replied to all those who have expressed interest privately. We need $71,000 to cover the loan, but we'll obviously take the best offer. We will include an extra set of wheels and a track helmet. The car is located in Canfield, OH. I'm planning on making the decision within the next week, so please let me know if you are interested.
Thanks,
Dave

$67,100 is Fair condition
$78,200 is Excellent
If you are having money troubles sell the other set of wheels to cover
cost of the repairs, hell your paint guy might trade you the wheels for labor.
Don't let the lowballer vultures have it at less than $76,000

For $76,000? might as well buy a 2LZ used one with less than 500 miles on it

Well I guess I'll throw in my .02... the car is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I checked KBB.com for you based on what I could tell how it is equipped from your previous posted info which was somewhat vague. As was mentioned earlier you can take the VIN to a dealership and they can give you a pretty close idea as to how the car was equipped when new. Extra mods added after delivery are pretty much worthless. KBB, at least here in So Cal is what the dealerships use to value trades from my past experience. I know... for those looking for higher values one can turn to Edmonds or NADA but in the end Kelly BlueBook is the standard most dealerships use. Looking at KBB.com your car looks to have a trade value of 72,900 to 75,900 for a good condition. A private party range is 68,000 (fair condition) to 79,000 (excellent condition) with a 75K good condition. It pretty much boils down to how bad do you want or need to sell the car right away. I think it's harder to sell a car like this heading into winter.
You obviously would be better served by having a good bodyshop do repairs to the damaged areas. I would also have the wheel checked to make sure it isn't bent. Ask me how I know, LOL!
The variable is the actual options and, (for me) the history of track use. If I was a potential buyer of this car, the history of track use would be a deal breaker for me. I would be very concerned as to how hard the car was beat on at the track and it would have to be priced right for me to buy. I almost bought a 2010 ZR1 that was tracked and ended up passing as to abuse that had due to track use. Just me though...
Why don't you take it to Car Max and get them to give you an offer? Maybe a local dealership? This would give you a baseline to work from.
Good luck with your sale...

Please post back how you end up doing on this sale. I wish you the best. As mentioned, the actual final buyer ends up deciding what the car is worth to them, not us.

Melting Slicks
Shark grey is difficult to match (ask me how i know)
I had some rear fascia damage as well on my 15 Z. Took 5 spray outs with 3 different paint manufacturers to get it close... still slightly darker than the quarter panels in the right light (didnt want to blend) We ended up using a Sherwin Williams paint.
If i can help with any more paint info pm me

Sorry for your loss. This site can be so helpful at times, it can also be so bad when you are trying to sell a car on it. Everyone has an opinion and you get it in the forsale forum. Whatever happens with the sale, all the best to you and your family.
