from a buyers standpoint i am willing to pay more for a car with title in hand. PITA for me running down the title after the fact.
when i sell i agree a check is going to be certified if i accept it no matter if its bank money or your money.. (but i always like to ask anyways) .. a wire is also very nice and generally prefer either over cash for cars like this over 5k lol.
