Should it not be worded Pending Sale?. I had my home sold once with a pending settlement. Moved all my stuff out solo to my local waterfront property a mile away. Had some very heavy solid oak bedroom set + all the usual stuff.
Days prior to settlement my buyer backed out. Had to move everything back. So I learned my lesson. Never depend on a pending settlement. Expect the unexpected. Next time I will require a short rent-back.
In all likelihood yours will go through so I look forward to the actual sale announcement. GLWS.
