I'm sorta in the same situation as OP.I'm going to up grade my C4 to a C7.I'm looking for the right 2014 or 2015,I'm in no hurry.I know from past purchases the right deal will appear. Its a waiting game.I believe once all the left over 2016's are gone and 2017 rolls over on the calendar prices will adjust...

Are you nuts? Every dealership offers these. You wouldn't take any of them if you qualified? Personally, I qualify for all with the exception of one!

so im nuts bc i dont like a dealership that includes $4500 off in their price that many wont qualify for (2k trade assist, 500 farm bureau, 2k loyalty). great they apply for you but not everyone (i sold my c6 vette private party in preparation to buy a c7 so no trade or loyalty). dont need to come across a jerk.

How long does the corvette loyalty last? I sold mine a few months ago....do you have to own it when you buy the new one?

You need to show a valid and current registration proving you own a Corvette.

Doubt the OP will ever find what he is looking for. If you read his posts he has been looking for almost 2.5 years.

I will use this opportunity to ask a Q I have about the current registration clause. My registration/plates expire at the end of April. If I sold my vette now, would I just have to produce that registraton showing that expiration date and still get the rebate even though I no longer own the car?

My suggestion is to ask the dealer who has the car you are looking for. This current program runs out the end of January. Its anyone's guess if it will be renewed for February.

There's a 14 on Auto Trader for $38K and change at a Texas dealer. There are several others for a little over $40K.

I just missed out on a $39,999 14 1LT Corvette (silver, 7mt) from a very well known (on this forum) Corvette dealer. It had under 10K miles and clean title. Per the dealer there was nothing wrong with the car. They have me on their speed dial the next time they get a $38-42K Vette in.

I suspect the prices will start leveling off for used 14-15's in the low $40K range for base or LT2 and mid $40's for Z51. I am going to drive a used Z51 (6MT) with low miles that is priced at $46K, but I suspect I can get it lower.

Considering a 14 3LT with less than 5k miles for $44K and change. Clear title all maintenance and recalls up to date. Thing is it has chrome wheels and is black which is my least favorite color choice. Also think LT2 is the sweet spot for me and really don't want to spend more than $42K or so...

Some of you guys think these cars dont depreciate. Hes looking for a 14-15....how is he crazy in that price range? These things are under 50 new, your telling me they dont lose 10 grand 3 years out, out of warranty with some miles on it? Geez. If they held value that good everyone in the world would have one.
