Just an FYI, Cornerstone is used by pretty much ALL of the supercharger manufacturers that offer supplemental warranties, not just Edelbrock... I would suggest trying to get in touch with Cornerstone again.

This is very concerning, if all supercharger manufacturers use the same company; and they are unreachable, or not honoring purchased powertrain warranties.

Just tried again yesterday spent about 3 hours with no luck! There automated phone system went to 6 different departments waited 30 minutes each no one answered.
That is a shame if all supercharger manufactures use them and don't keep better tabs on them!!!

+1

Roush uses them (or at least used to use them), never seen anyone that actually made a claim with a failure though. The canned tunes that they warranty are usually pretty weak but anything can fail.

Used to be capped at 8000.00 as well, I guess its cheap insurance if you are going to stick with the original tune but a waste if you are going to custom tune.

Did you try the 800 'emergency' number?

Maybe someone will pick that up.

Tried it all!
Thanks just wanted to make sure everyone was informed so they could make an informed decision. Which I would have talked to someone first before sending my money in and getting ripped off. I guess I thought if Edelbrock was promoting it was good company.

Contact Edelbrock ASAP. IF all else fails, you can file a complaint with the BBB and your State Attorney's General Office.

Contacted Edelbock 6 weeks ago with no help there. They tried to call with no luck but did not seem to care!
Good idea on file a complaint. Might help the next guy.

Then a complaint with the State Attorney's General Office should get their attention. If the facts that you are claiming are all true/accurate, this is a "misrepresentation" from BOTH companies. If you installed the Edelbrock unit with the promise that by doing so with their stock canned tune, that you could pay an additional fee to purchase a powertrain warranty; then both companies have failed you as a consumer. Edelbrock by misrepresenting themselves with a false claim, and the warranty company by not honoring the said warranty.

Well, that's all personal preference/opinion, of course. I've always thought the C6 eForce unit looks better, especially if you add a little paint like I did on my 2010 GS. YMMV, of course.

Hello Guys I wanna ask about the CNC Heads from WeaponX?

My C7 Zo6 has, 2.31 upper pulley+ 9% harmonic balancer+ air intake filter+ LMR heat Exchanger+ 160 Thermostat+ D3P shroud fans, My question is if I installed the CNC Heads do I need to install the camshaft with it or the stock camshaft is enough? One more thing If I need to install the Racing camshaft I do not want the aggressive camshaft I hate the loud sound.

help please.

A long lost thread resurfaced. Any updates on how warranty issues are being handled?

It seems like most supercharger manufacturers these days are self-insured, and handle their own warranty or insurance claims.
