Alky, methonal, revisor leaking.
How do you replace the windshield washer revisor?
It's used for the methonal tank.
Noticed it was dripping this AM.
Is it safe to drive?
Dont you hate spellcheck.

You also may look at the rubber that the plug on the tank mine did the same in the c5 I played around with it and it stopped. I am going to have are buy some kind of about 2 plus gal tank for mine in this c7..Much more room in the c7 than the c5. Robert

Look at the DIY in here, If me I would pull the meth from the tank. If that gets to any good heat that meth will go up in flames buddy.....

Yea just the wheel and liner needs to come off. See if you can find where it's leaking. Mine leaked from the grommet where the level sensor plugs into the windshield wiper tank. I did a thread in here about it.

I agree with others, if you did not do the install, remove front drivers wheel, and then the wheel well. The tank is behind the rear of the well as you can imagine from the fill spout. It is oddly shaped. Funny thing is mine leaks as well from the OEM plastic casting. Fortunately for me my leak is about 1" from the top on the seam of the plastic housing. I just don't fill it all the way. As for you, there is a good chance it is either leaking at the plug or grommet where meth pump goes. Fix it my friend I would hate to see your next post involve meth and hot exhaust. be safe buddy. It's not a hard job at all plus you will get a full understanding on your meth install and location of this solution. Win win best of luck

The pump is leaking. It will need to be removed, sent to Alky Control to be rebuilt. Will cost around $100 for that. When was it installed? Do you run 100% meth? It's not uncommon. Also, if anything was put into the meth tank accidentally, it can cause premature failure of the seals..

That was honestly the only downfall I found with meth. It doesn't sound like the pump last too long especially if your car or the system sits for extended periods of time. I personally drive my car at least once every couple weeks throughout the year a benefit of living in California. But I am waiting for that day got the pump starts to leak or fails.

I'll pull off as easy now with wheel and iner fender off. Calvo will get me a new one ordered tomorrow.

If these thing set to long will from what I have saw will go out faster than it running every day.
Plus it is good even if not bad to have it redone at more every 2 years some do it every year.. I also keep one new one on the side plus if going to let the car set to long better off to drain and get all the meth out of it and let it set that is what I did in the winter.

Best to change it once a year IMO. Just buy a new one, then have the old one rebuilt, then you have a spare.

Yes, I ordered a new one about $190 delivered. Be here tomorrow I hope. Then send the old one in for warranty replacement.
Easier than taking to Calvo and leaving for a week.
