Default Best clutch for 1000+ RWHP

Best clutch for 1000 RWHP that can take and handle the abuse for 1000 whp setups and the occasional hard launches on slicks at TRACK. What do u guys recommend, I read somewhere allot of the aftermarket setups where slipping and having issues

That's the one I was leaning with too. my stock clutch works fantastic too on street, but have u actually done some hard launches and dead hooked on track? And heavy beating on it ?

I beat the hell out of it. The clutch won't be your issue it'll be your tires.

My car has the Monster triple disc on it and holds 1000whp without any issues and driver like stock. I was amazed at how the pedal feel was almost identical.

There is also the RPS triple that a lot run and probably the best available but pricey. They can be rebuilt so after the initial purchase, you are paying less each time.

RPS is the best clutch on the market, period. They'll hold... just a heavy pedal.

We have found the Mantic line to be hands down the most consistent and reliable clutch out there IMHO. I have driven everything and not much compares to the pedal feel and general drivability of these clutches.

Nothing can ruin a car faster than having a terrible clutch in it, heavy or "on/off" switch, it just ruins it, period. At to me anyway.

Mantic comes from a branch of a huge OEM manufacturer, the tooling, engineering, dyno equipment, etc etc available to them simply makes other aftermarket companies pale in comparison.

Feel free to contact us for any of the Mantic line, I would recommend the triple for your application. The twin would work, but you are close to the limit. So with such a labor intensive job, going with the tiple is your better choice.

The clutch comes with the hardware, slave and throw out bearing. ECS includes a pilot bearing, clutch bleeder kit, and shipping within the cont US.

Default Clutch

I have been thru 3 manufacturers clutches I drag race almost weekly, rps had problems with slaves, terrible street clutch but does not slip very hard to get consistent launches, mantic triple slipped on slicks in first gear,I now have monster triple organic great street manners good release does not slip so far.i have 925 trq to tire on nitrous.i had my car and was drag racing it in December 2014 it is a 2015 zo6'the manufacturers had no aftermarket support early on so I was the think pig.

I don't see how your mantic triple slipped. I have put a lot more torque through mine with no sign of slip. I would recommend the mantic triple. I am very happy with mine.

I'm a little surprised at that too, the third fastest Manual car on this forum is running the mantic triple.

Mantic triple. Had a dual, was great but gave up with ~20k miles on it. Probably 50 launches, and 100+ 1/2 mile passes. Triple now has 4k miles, so far so good.

I have to make a correction to this, the C7 does not have provisions in the tq tube for the our clutch bleeder kit, so that is not included with C7 orders. Sorry about that.
