Waiiing till jan. for the final verdict... Not a big fan of Tom Peters work, or Chris Bangle for that matter.
Having said that, it will sell. All the corvette nutswingers are chomping at the bit, for a new vette.

Which correlates to the angry birds description about a week ago in a far off thread at this point.
The lastest video animation posted is nicely done but that's not the vette...
Just look at the style cues and concepts from GM along with what's out there and you just don't come up with d Jalopy or this new C7 animation thingy.

First. Of all for grown men with sense your not reading or paying attention to what I said. I was not in the plant. We were across the street at the corvette cafe. Thats bs about security tapeon cell phones. Is a load of crap. If they were that concerned they would ban cell.phones in the building. It's a car guys not a area 51spaceship. All I can tell you is the video that was done on it was dead on so someone had to show them pics to be able to do that. The car is being taken to Vegas for the unveiling in less than a month. Just like the Camaro they went to far and it's ugly. That's good for all us c6 owners as it will run up the desireably of our cars.

Thats funny because i work at Area 51 and we see spaceships all of the time, in fact i took one out for a spin two weeks ago and did a low altitude high speed run over Vegas in the middle of the afternoon just to see if we could make the 5 PM news. Our group was having dinner with our alien counterparts the other day from Saturn and one of them asked me if i knew anything about the new C7, all i could tell him was "its top secret, classified, nobody knows"

The new C7 will become the C4 of Corvettes, of course the C4 guys are laughing like hell with anticipation of moving up the ladder a notch. But it all depends on if the actual C7 comes out with a Camaro rear end........what a CAT....***.....trophe!
But it'll sell, in numbers, cause most people don't have a clue and ARE NOT Corvette fans. In the sense they are only buying a "Corvette" for name only. That's the way GM wants it.
