With the fender flares and the hood and the air gap intake which i see and the tires and the seats.personally i think we are looking at the big daddy. But i see a line at the rear of the top which tells me removable top.as i know only the gs is that way.not the REAL big boys

I hope those are an option and not the standard seat.
Might be ok for you racers but to me they are fugly.
The steering wheel looks pretty close to the ZL1 too.
Can't wait to see the finished product but I'm not sure I care for most of what I'm seeing so far. There's already a ZL1. We don't need a two seat version and that's the way the C7 looks to be going IMO. Very square looking like most of the new muscle cars.

With the push for fuel efficiency and reduced weight I'm betting all C7s are aluminum frame and that it has been sufficiently updated to allow a removable targa roof panel on all models.
It's going through a turn... the outer side is loaded... that's what cars do.
Note sure if it's been mentioned, but there's a very clear circular rear light in the pics. Made this to show what I mean. This is not in line with the Jalopnik renders.

The Camaro is a giant pig next to the new car Also very interesting that they have the dash etc. covered but makes sense. The seats are killer!
EDIT - anyone notice the fuel in the back of the truck. Odd that they bring their own gas. Makes sense that the "ports" on the rear of the cars with the red caps are for fuel fill/drain or something as the caps seem to match the caps on the tanks in the truck.

I'm out... the steering column control stalks look the same as the C5/C6... garbage I wonder if the TCS/AH button will still have a C5 image on it (they never changed it for the entire C6 run).
C5 icon on the C5 part

Dayum - I never even noticed that before in my C6! OTOH, I'm farsighted and don't wear my reading glasses in the car....

Also note that in the pic next to the camaro, you can easily see that plastic insert in the grill.
EDIT: Went and looked on automobilemag site at the rest of the pictures. This one shows the steering wheel better, though who knows if thats even a true production wheel or not.

EDIT #2:
This one really shows the taper of the rear hatche. Look at all that space on the door going back to the rear deck lid.
