that was brought to our attention earlier. apparently there is 'corvette lettering', and it is not the same color as the body

Yes, rumor has it that the lettering will be a contrasting color to the car.

at this point, with all the different things I've heard regarding the taillights, my only conclusion is that I have no idea what to think anymore. If I had to lean one way....I would say that there just has to be some truth to that Omega rear bumper clip.

From what we have seen of the front bumber and comparing it to the Omega front bumper clip, it looks pretty damn accurate. Therefore, If the front bumper looks accurate, what reason is there to believe that the Omega rear bumper clip is not?

That said, it has been mentioned numerous times on this forum that the lights are round. One CF member posted that he spoke to a member of the C6R racing team and was told that they (GM) changed the lights 4 times...I too have heard from a reliable source that the lights are indeed round. However, this is all 2nd hand info so as of now, I can only go by what I have seen with my own eyes...and that is the Omega rear bumper. Again, there has to be some truth to that clip.

They are 100% squinty angry versions of the camaro tailights. They are not round. Period.

I have the cad drawings of the rear you guys are doing black flips over.

And the cad drawings of the interior.

The trinity back view of the silver car is dead nuts accurate.
The rear flip up window does taper but slightly less than the render

The interior pics would be so killer! That's what interests me the most at the moment!

I was going to ask the same question.

BTW, thanks Keeks. You've brought life back into this forum for me. (Was getting tired of the guessing games.)

Keeks,

One more question...my last one I promise. You seem to be a corvette guy and since you seem to have seen more of this car than anyone else here, I would be really interested in hearing your perspective/opions about this new C7.

Do you like the new design? Is it euro inspired? What is your take on this car?

They are round at bottom but clipped at top by bezel so the finished look, they are definitely not round
