Going with Red. Think it'll look sick in that color.

It would be real cool to have a Black with dark tint with lights on.

Certainly not black, you can't see a damn thing. The cover will come off and the crowd will be dead quiet and strain their eyes.

Red, silver, yellow, blue in order from the most probable to the least imo.

All Corvettes are red, the rest are mistakes.

I'm going with red.

The original 1963 Stingray was silver. Since C7 seems to be all about a Stingray throwback (yes, I know they meant C3), silver seems likely especially given that the Stingray concept car from a few years ago was silver.

If it's not silver, then it will be red. I believe C5 was red. C6 was red.

Keeks's CAD picture was also red, and the Jalop renderings are grey.

Red Corvettes are now "gold chain" to some people? Give me a break.

There are 3 practical reasons silver reveals are so popular;
1) Silver shows a car's lines well, better than dark colors like black & navy
2) Silver is neutral, buyers can more easily "see" it in their preferred color
3) Being neutral, silver is easy to light & photograph (sunrise/sunset colors reflect well, professional lighting can have blue/red/orange/etc gels to completely change the look of a silver car, match/complement a background and make it look exciting).

If they reveal a coupe & convertible maybe we'll see a silver & red. Red is still very popular with sports car buyers. At car shows I'm attracted to the non-red sports cars, and particularly the unique & single year colors.

Cheers,
JB

It will either be red or red. I'm not 100% sure but I am assuming red...

The new Viper looks close to CRM, I'm thinking a new variant of CRM.

History has shown that silver or red are most likely. Metallic colors show off the edgy shapes best but light colors make unsightly body seams more visible (like where the C7 bumpers meet the quarter panels and the big seam behind the doors where the rocker panels meet the rear fenders. The C7 has this seam up high like the C5 and F458 where you really see it. The C6 moved it down low to the bottom of the door where it's less noticable).

The best compromise for a "reveal color" might be a darker metallic red like Crystal or Monterrey or Magnetic red. Seams won't jump out at you too much but still there will be some metallic to highlight the edgy shapes. The new Viper has never looked better than its reveal shots in metallic red.

Polo White with a red leather interior. It is being introduced on the same date (month and day) as the original Corvette reveal.
